Visited the community of August Town yesterday with my classmates to get first hand information needed for our group project. Lets just say I know august town had some issues but I never expected to see what I saw. The residents were depressed and the structures they called homes were as shaky as their spirits. The experienced allowed me to be more respectful of the hard work that my parents have put in to ensure that I have a nice home and for the blessings that God has given me. Jamaica is far more than the land wood and water let us remember the people.
